Club Picture Day is a major fundraising activity for NVSC with any profits used to offset costs for the club, in terms of financial aid and updated facilities.

Schedules are based on your game day as below:

• U4 - U12 recreational team picture times will be based on your Saturday game time and to fit schedules for coaches with multiple teams.
• U13 - U19 recreational teams and travel teams should contact the NVSC Picture Coordinator at pictures@novasc.org to arrange a schedule.
• Travel teams should contact the NVSC Picture Coordinator at pictures@novasc.org to arrange a schedule.

All credit card orders MUST be placed online. Exact cash and checks will only be accepted at the picture session (cash change will not be available at the session).

ONLINE ORDERING

Your families will need to create an account (this is a very quick and easy process), and then use an access code (located at the bottom of the page) that is designated for your league to place an online order.

Please post the access code on your website and any other platforms you have in addition to forwarding this email to your families.  Orders should be placed prior to or on picture day. Orders that are placed after picture day will incur additional processing fees.

 VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

The order number that is generated when an order is placed must be written on the photo slip (provided at the shoot) and given to the photographer when their child’s picture is taken. Orders cannot be processed without an order number. Parents will receive an email and a text with their order number.

Each child must have a different order number. Parents ordering for multiple children must complete the checkout process for one child before starting an order for another child.

ACCESS CODE: RACHE

We will also have traditional order envelopes available at the photo shoot for families who would prefer to order that way and pay with cash or check (credit card payments are only accepted via online ordering).

This new online process requires the following information; please make sure you have this information before you place your order: (PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR COACH FOR THE INFO BELOW)

• COACH LAST NAME (eg. SMITH...DON’T PUT “COACH SMITH OR COACH JOHN”)
• TEAM NAME (eg. VU06CO1, HU10G02, SU08B03)
• SPORT (drop down select Soccer)
• LEAGUE NAME (drop down menu choose Northern Virginia Soccer Club)
• PICTURE DAY LOCATION, DATE AND TEAM SCHEDULED PICTURE TIME

PLEASE KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO YOUR PICTURE DAY (THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PROVIDE IT AT THE SESSION)

NOTE: OLSON PHOTOGRAPHY WILL BE PROVIDING PICTURE SERVICES THIS SEASON. THERE HAVE BEEN SOME CHANGES WITH THE PICTURE SCHEDULES AND LOCATIONS, SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY. 

Valley View and Ben Lomond Districts are combined this season; Hellwig and Signal Hill Districts are combined this season.

Schedules will be developed to accommodate travel time.

Time slots are tight for all picture days please follow these steps:

1. Players do not need soccer balls or other accessories for picture taking.

2. Teams are encouraged to show up and be organized 10-15 minutes before their scheduled time.

3. The coach should notify the Olson Photography site coordinator when they arrive. Do not wait for your entire team to show up before letting the coordinator know you are there. 

In the event of any schedule changes/requests, coaches/parents should contact the NVSC Picture Coordinator Mari Zetino at pictures@novasc.org

Olson Photography is the NVSC picture vendor.  Olson Photography does NOT accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards on site. Cash or checks only.
