Northern Virginia Soccer Club - Registration

WHEN CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST TIME PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE SOMEONE OVER 18 AS THE ADMIN OF THE ACCOUNT, THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE UNDER 18 PLAYER.  THE ADMIN IS USUALLY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF THE PLAYER UNLESS THE PLAYER IS OVER 18.

Welcome to Northern Virginia Soccer Club

NVSC offers many programs, camps and clinics for everyone from 3 year olds through Adult.  Online registration can be used for any program that NVSC has available.  Please note that some of our programs may not be taking registrations at the moment and may be closed.  When you begin the registration process, our drop down menu will provide a listing of which programs are available for your age group.  Once you select the appropriate program, you will be further prompted to provide the necessary information to complete your registration. 

GENERAL NVSC PROGRAM INFORMATION

Refund Policy:  Each program has its own refund policy which is presented as part of your registration process.   For all of our programs, all Requests for Refunds must be submitted in writing to the appropriate point of contact:

Recreation:  NVSC Registrar (registrar@novasc.org)

Travel:  NVSC Travel Board Representative (vptravel@novasc.org)

Camps:  Camp Director (campdirector@novasc.org)

Adult:  Adult Commissioner (adultleagues@novasc.org)

Returned Check Fees:  All returned check fees and/or Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fees charged by banking institutions will be charged back to the family plus a $15.00 Administrative Fee.

Field Closures/Cancellations: NVSC will not be held responsible for any canceled games or practices due to field closures. The Prince William County Park Authority makes a determination on a daily basis if fields will be open. The Park Authority’s decision to close fields will dictate if practices and games are canceled. Due to this, NVSC does not guarantee a minimum number of practices and/or games in which players will participate; but efforts will be made to complete all games scheduled. Field closures/cancelations will be posted on the NVSC website.

Operating Procedures: Further rules, policies and procedures related to registration, and the Club in general, can be found within the Operating Procedures.  NVSC will not assume responsibility of a member’s lack of knowledge of any rules, policies or procedures.

By proceeding forward in the NVSC Registration process, you are indicating that you have completely read the NVSC Registration Guidelines and that you accept the terms listed.
